The Sidekick Eartips - What's the Difference?

The Sidekick IFB In-Ear Monitor from Bubblebee Industries is an invisible, durable, and adaptable in-ear monitor for comms and cues.

There are 3 different types of Eartips available for The Sidekick IFB which come with varying levels of ambience: The Satellite, The Round, and The Christmas Tree.

In this video, Caleb talks through these different Eartips and helps you to determine which is best to use for each situation.

THE SATELLITE - 1:03

If you're in a situation where you're with a group of people and you'd like to hear the other people around you, we recommend using The Satellite Eartip for full ambience.

THE ROUND - 1:38

The Round Eartip comes pre-installed on The Sidekick IFB and is designed to provide a more dynamic response in the low-mid frequencies whilst still hearing some of your surroundings. We recommend using The Round Eartip if you want to cue music.

THE CHRISTMAS TREE - 2:16

If you're in a particularly noisy environment or set and you need to really hone in on your communications, then we recommend The Christmas Tree Eartip which attenuates that noise.
