All shipments are carbon neutral through our partnership with the Planet Shopify app, meaning we offset the environmental impact of every delivery.

All orders are shipped from our European warehouse in Riga, Latvia (EU).

We currently ship to most international destinations.
Shipping & Couriers
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During peak periods, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted courier partners such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, and others to provide safe, reliable, and fully trackable delivery worldwide.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Outside the European Union: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier operations, customs procedures, or local conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. We continuously review our courier agreements to provide fair and competitive rates worldwide.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Within the European Union
All prices shown on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless you have added a VAT number to your account or at checkout. No additional customs duties or import feed apply to EU customers.
Outside the European Union
For customers located outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local customs authority.
United States - Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
We ship all US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your checkout total. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your door without any additional charges upon arrival.
Our courier partners manage all customs clearance and duty payments on your behalf to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
All Other Countries - Delivered at Place (DAP)
Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Under DAP terms:
- The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs feeds charged by their local authorities.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
- The courier (e.g. DHL or FedEx) will typically contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these charges.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping cost, before mentioned duties or taxes and any return fees will be deducted from you refund.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your parcel's progress.
Tracking updates may take 24-48hrs after dispatch.

We ship worldwide, but in some regions it may be faster, easier, or more cost-effective to order through one of our authorised reseller partners. This can help minimise customs delays and provide access to local product support.
