2 Years Limited Warranty

What's Covered

Bubblebee Industries SIA ("Bubblebee Industries") warrants that all Bubblebee-manufactured products are free from defects in materials, design, and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

Covered products include:

  • Windbubbles (Original and PRO series)
  • Lav Concealers
  • Windkillers
  • Spacer Bubbles
  • Sidekick IFB devices and accessories
  • All other Bubblebee-manufactured audio accessories

Note: The Bubblebee Adhesive Tape is classified as a medical device under European Directive 93/42/EEC and is not covered by this warranty.

What We'll Do

If your product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will (at our discretion):

  1. Repair the product using new or equivalent parts, or
  2. Replace the product with a new or equivalent product

This service is provided free of charge.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you purchased directly from bubblebeeindustries.com:

  1. Email support@bubblebeeindustries.com or submit a return request
  2. Include:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • Description of the defect
    • Photos if helpful
    • Your shipping address for the replacement
  3. We'll provide return instructions if needed
  4. Once we receive and verify the defect, we'll repair or replace your product

If you purchased from an authorized retailer:

  1. Contact the retailer where you purchased the product
  2. Provide proof of purchase and description of the defect
  3. The retailer will coordinate the warranty service

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear — Expected degradation from regular use
  • Improper use or handling — Including rough handling, bending, compressing, or dropping
  • Environmental damage — Contact with water, chemicals, adhesives, extreme temperatures, or moisture
  • Unauthorized repair — Repair attempted by anyone other than Bubblebee or authorized retailers
  • Modifications — Adjustments or adaptations made without Bubblebee's written consent
  • External damage — Accidents, fire, flooding, electrical surges, or lightning
  • Third-party products — Products not manufactured by Bubblebee, even if sold alongside our products

Important Details

Warranty Period Extension

If you submit a valid warranty claim, your warranty period extends by the time it takes to complete the repair or replacement.

Proper Packaging Required

Products returned for warranty service must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. Damage caused by improper packaging may void your warranty claim.

Inspection Fee

If we determine that your claim isn't covered under warranty, we may charge a reasonable handling fee for inspection and return shipping.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty represents the full extent of Bubblebee's liability for product defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bubblebee Industries is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights against the retailer from whom you purchased
