Your Right to Cancel
You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at returns@bubblebeeindustries.com, or by filling out our Request a Product Return Form.
Once notified, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Returns must be authorised in advance by our team.
Items that are damaged, used, or returned without authorisation may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact returns@bubblebeeindustries.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- A short description of the reason for the return
Or fill out our Request a Product Return Form.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.
Return Shipping & Costs for the United States (DDP Orders)
- For US customers, returns are shipped to our US returns warehouse.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but no additional import duties or taxes will apply when returning the product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
Return Shipping & Costs for All Other Countries (DAP Orders)
- For customers outside the US, returns are shipped to our EU warehouse.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on the return shipment.
- We are not responsible for returns that are held, delayed, or lost by customs due to unpaid fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- If a shipment was refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address, the before mentioned customs duties or tax, original shipping fee, and any return costs charged by the courier will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact returns@bubblebeeindustries.com. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order, to ensure the fastest turnaround and accurate stock management.
