Your Right to Cancel
You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at support@bubblebeeindustries.com, or by filling out our Request a Product Return Form.
Once notified, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancelling.
Return Eligibility
To receive a full refund:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must include your order number or proof of purchase with the return.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the product shows signs of unnecessary handling (beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm receipt and issue your refund using the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
If the full order is returned under your right to cancel, we will also refund the standard cost of outbound delivery (if paid). Any additional delivery charges for premium options (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@bubblebeeindustries.com with details and, if possible, photographs. We will offer you a free replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
For faulty items reported within the first 2 years (or the statutory period applicable in your country), we will cover all associated costs, including return shipping.

Return Costs
If you cancel within the 14-day window but the goods are not faulty, you are responsible for paying the return postage. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe return.
If the product is faulty or we made an error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
