How often should I replace the ear tips?
Replace ear tips when they show signs of wear, lose their shape, or no longer provide a good seal. For regular users, we recommend checking them monthly.
What ear tip sizes are included?
The kit includes Small and Medium eartips in each of the three styles.
How do I clean my Sidekick earpiece?
Wipe the earpiece and eartips after each use and never immerse the earpiece in water.
Can I purchase individual replacement parts?
Yes, filters are available separately as The Sidekick Filter (8-pack). The Spares Kit offers the best value if you need multiple types of replacement parts.
Are these the same parts that come with a new Sidekick?
Yes, all parts in the Spares Kit are identical to those included with your original Sidekick purchase.
How do I change the filters?
Use a Sidekick Filter: pull out the old filter cap with the empty end, turn the tool 180 degrees and press the new cap in, then discard the tool.
Will worn ear tips affect sound quality?
Yes, worn or ill-fitting ear tips can reduce sound isolation and bass response. Fresh ear tips ensure optimal audio performance.
Is regular maintenance really necessary?
