The Windkiller SE for Tascam Portacapture X8 (AB Configuration) provides precision wind protection for your X8's detachable AB stereo microphones. When recording outdoors with the wider AB stereo spread, wind noise can ruin otherwise perfect ambient recordings—this windshield solves that problem.
The SE (Special Edition) series uses the same multi-pile faux fur technology as our standard Windkillers, with varying lengths of fur that gradually slow down wind particles. Custom-designed mounting ensures a secure fit on the X8's AB microphone attachments.
