The Lav Concealer
Mounting a lav microphone on the body & in clothing or costumes has just become so much easier. We have a Lav Concealer for the Sanken COS-11, DPA Microphones 4060, 4071 and 6060 lav mics, the Countryman B3 and B6, the RØDE Lavalier, the Deity W.Lav Pro and W.Lav Micro, the Sony ECM-77 and ECM-V1, and the Sennheiser MKE 1, MKE 2, ME2 and ME2-II. All compatible with our Lav Concealer Tape. This soft, pliable organic rubber lav mount covers many different mounting options, moulding itself to the surface and isolating the mic capsule from vibration and noise. The Lav Concealer is the essential lav mic hiding tool for film, theatre and tv sound where the microphone needs to be hidden and still sound good.
The quietest mount
Each Lav Concealer includes metal guards to reduce friction noise, preventing it from reaching the mic capsule. These are the quietest mounts available.
Custom moulded
Each Lav Concealer fits its mic capsule like a glove, keeping the mount as small as physically possible while creating space supporting the mic's natural performance.
