Windbubble Size Guide
Our Windbubbles give you the best wind protection you can get for your lavalier mic. Whatever the make, shape, or size, we've made a furry Windbubble to fit — ready to keep the wind out and the clean, clear sound frequencies in.
There are four sizes, with the internal "bubble of dead air", opening, and fur length increasing progressively with each step. If your mic fits more than one size (e.g., the DPA 4060 fits both Size 2 and Size 3), you'll achieve greater wind resistance with the larger Windbubble thanks to the longer fur — though visibility increases slightly.
